Rare Printed Fabric Panel by Gio Ponti

Italy | c. 1956 Printed reinforced cotton. From a small group of 3 designs and printed by Jsa – Busto Arsizio, Italy. It is unclear at this time whether or not these panels ever went into production. Artist-signed on the print, lower left. Certificate of expertise issued by the Gio Ponti Archives accompanies this fabric panel.

Condition: Very good condition, with little signs of age. Panel has been sensitively cleaned with velcro strip added to upper rear for hanging.
