"Araba Fenice," Unique Sculpture by Toni Zuccheri for Venini

Italy | 1986/2007/2021 Glass & bronze. Work made with applied feathers in opaque and transparent polychrome glass produced directly by Toni Zuccheri in 2007. The base and skeleton are in lost-wax cast bronze made in 1987 by Fonderia Opere d'Arte O. Brustolin (VR - Italy). The work is enriched with metal powders, sand and glass grit. This example is number 6 of 9 that were produced. Each one varies dramatically in color and spirit.
