Circular Pedestal Center/ Dining Table by Osvaldo Borsani

Italy | c. 1946 Rosewood, marble. Most likely a unique piece. Beautifully sculpted marble base, conical rosewood standard with incised lines. Substantial rosewood sub-top supporting a circular marble top with rounded edges. Made by Arredamenti Borsani Varedo.

h. 30.5" diam. 49.75"

Condition: Very good condition. The stone top appears to have been repaired at some point. Recently the wood and stone have been cleaned and polished. Slight warping to the wooden sub-top, really only noticeable when pointed out and does not detract from the overall look of the table.
