Brass, painted aluminum. 1 x E12 [candelabra} socket. The shade and base can pivot independently.  Produced by Arredoluce. Makers mark on the underside.

Condition: Very good vintage condition. Recently rewired with new socket and cord switch added. Original patina to the brass. Some very slight scratches to the shade.
